Setting up Email Account with Outlook 2003<\/h2>\n

Before starting:<\/p>\n

  1. Make sure your domain name loads. If it doesn't load your email account wont work.<\/li>\n
  2. Make sure you have setup your email accounts at yourdomain.com\/cpanel .<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    You are now ready to begin setting up your email accounts.<\/p>\n

    1. Open Outlook 2003 <\/li>\n
    2. Select Tools<\/strong> > E-mail Accounts<\/strong>.

    3. On the E-mail Accounts wizard window, select \"Add a new e-mail account<\/strong>\" and click Next<\/strong>.
      \"Outlook\n<\/li>\n
    4. For your server type, select \"POP3<\/strong>\" and click Next<\/strong>.
      \"Outlook\n<\/li>\n
    5. On the Internet E-mail Settings (POP3) window, enter your information as follows:
      Your Name<\/strong>
      Enter your first and last name.\n

      E-mail Address <\/strong>
      Enter your e-mail address.<\/p>\n

      User Name<\/strong>
      Enter your e-mail address, again<\/p>\n

      Password<\/strong>
      Enter the password you set up for your e-mail account.<\/p>\n

      Incoming Mail Server (POP3) <\/strong>
      Enter mail.yoursite.com for your incoming mail server.<\/p>\n

      Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) <\/strong>
      Enter mail.yoursite.com for your incoming mail server.

    6. On the Internet E-mail Settings window, select the \"Outgoing Server<\/strong>\" tab.<\/li>\n
    7. Select \"My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication<\/strong>.\"

    8. Select the \"Advanced<\/strong>\" tab and change the \"Outgoing server (SMTP)<\/strong>\" port to 25<\/strong> or 26<\/strong>.
