Now you have a multi page document. Go to town and save your document as a PDF if you like.<\/p>\n<h3>Editing a multi page PDF using Adobe Illustrator cs5<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Open Adobe Illustrator cs5.<\/li>\n<li>Click 'File'.<\/li>\n<li>Click 'Open...'.<\/li>\n<li>Navigate to the directory on your computer where the PDF is stored and select it.<\/li>\n<li>Click 'Open'. You can open any multipage pdf in illustrator cs3 cs4 or cs5.<\/li>\n<li>If the PDF file you are opening was saved with the 'Create PDF Compatible File' option select, the file will open with all the art boards like normal.<\/li>\n<li>If the PDF you are opening was saved without the\u00a0'Create PDF Compatible File' option selected, you will be\u00a0prompted\u00a0to 'Select a page from the PDF to open.'. Open the selected page, make your changes and save the document. When you save the document using 'Save' or 'C+S' command, Illustrator will automatically save that particular page back into the original multi page document. If you use the 'Save As...' command, Illustrator will save the page as a new document.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Creating a multi page PDF using programs besides AI(Illustrator)<\/h3>\n<p>Keep in mind that most publishing software these days allows you to save or export your finished multi page document as a PDF. <a title=\"google docs\" href=\"google.com\/docs\" target=\"_blank\">Google Docs<\/a> are<a title=\"Open Office\" href=\"http:\/\/www.openoffice.org\/\" target=\"_blank\"> Open Office<\/a> are great publishing programs, you can create PDFs with them, and they're free. The cool thing about Illustrator is that you can edit PDFs with it.
