You will need a Google Sites account and a Google Docs account to complete this tutorial.<\/p>\n<h3>How to create a contact page<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>First we're going to create a contact form using Google Docs, so log into your Google Docs account:\u00a0<a title=\"google docts contact form\" href=\"http:\/\/google.com\/docs\" target=\"_blank\">http:\/\/google.com\/docs<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Click the 'CREATE' button.<\/li>\n<li>Select 'Form'.<\/li>\n<li>Enter in 'Contact Form' in the field Titled 'Untitled form'.<\/li>\n<li>In the 'Question Title' field type 'What is your name?'.<\/li>\n<li>In the 'Help Test' field type 'Enter your first and last name.\"<\/li>\n<li>Set the 'Question Type' to 'Text'.<\/li>\n<li>Check the box next to 'Make this a required question.'<\/li>\n<li>Click the 'Done' button.<\/li>\n<li>Mouse hover over the 'Sample Question 2' field and click the 'pencil' edit icon button.<\/li>\n<li>In the 'Question Title' field enter 'What is your email address'.<\/li>\n<li>In the 'Help Text' field enter 'Enter you email address'.<\/li>\n<li>Set the 'Question type' to 'Text'.<\/li>\n<li>Check the box next to 'Make this a required question'.<\/li>\n<li>Click the 'Done' button.<\/li>\n<li>Click the 'Add item' button at the top of the screen.<\/li>\n<li>Select 'Paragraph text'.<\/li>\n<li>In the 'Question Title' field enter 'What is your message?'.<\/li>\n<li>In the 'Help Text' field enter 'Enter your message here'.<\/li>\n<li>Set the 'Questions type' to 'Paragraph text'.<\/li>\n<li>Check the box next to 'Make this a required question'.<\/li>\n<li>Click the 'Done' button.<\/li>\n<li>Click 'More actions' at the top of the screen.<\/li>\n<li>Click 'Edit confirmation'.<\/li>\n<li>Replace the default text in the field with 'Thank you for contacting us, we will respond shortly.'.<\/li>\n<li>Click the 'Save' button.<\/li>\n<li>Click the 'See responses' button.<\/li>\n<li>Click 'Spreadsheet'.
