You will need a  standard hosting account with access to a  cPanel to complete this tutorial. When a visitor completes a contact form on a  website, the data is sent to  an email address. We will take the email address used for the contact form and using email forwarders, send a copy of the email to other addresses. Follow the instructions below.<\/p>\n<h3>How to create email forwarders<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Log into your web hosing account control panel(cPanel).<\/li>\n<li>Under the Mail section click the 'Forwarders' icon.<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/2slick.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/06\/cPanel_forwarders1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"cPanel_forwarders\" src=\"http:\/\/2slick.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/06\/cPanel_forwarders1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"505\" height=\"244\" \/><\/a><\/li>\n<li>Click the 'Add Forwarder' button.<\/li>\n<li>In the 'Address to Forward:' field type in the email address you want to forward emails from. <strong>Note:<\/strong> Select the email address that your website contact form sends its emails to.<\/li>\n<li>In the 'Forward to email address:' type in an email address that you want a 'copy email' forwarded to.<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/2slick.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/06\/cPanel_forwarder.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"cPanel_forwarder\" src=\"http:\/\/2slick.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/06\/cPanel_forwarder.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"550\" height=\"461\" \/><\/a><\/li>\n<li>Click the 'Add Forwarder' button.<\/li>\n<li>You will see a message saying something like \"All email sent to\u00a0<strong>john@johnnyrockets.com<\/strong> will now be copied to\u00a0<strong>john@gmail.com<\/strong>.\"<\/li>\n<li>Click the 'Go Back' button.<\/li>\n<li>You should see your Email forwarder listed there. You can click the 'Delete' link when you want to delete the forwarder.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>You can now\u00a0receive\u00a0the website contact form data in the forwarded email address in addition to the original email address the form sends its emails to.
