  3. Select 'Control Panel'.

  4. Click the 'Hardware and Sound' title.

  5. Click the 'Manage Audio Devices' option.

  6. Select the 'Recording' tab.<\/li>\n
  7. If you see two 'recording devices', try selecting the one that's not currently selected.
