  3. Click the green 'Register as a Developer' button in the top right of the screen.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Click the 'verify your account' link.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Type in a mobile phone number \u00a0in the 'Phone Number:' field.<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Facebook will text you and give you a confirmation code. Enter the confirmation code in the 'Code:' field.<\/span><\/li>\n
  7. Click the 'Confirm' button.<\/span><\/li>\n
  8. Finish filling out your profile details.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Create a Facebook Developers App<\/h3>\n

    1. Go to\u00a0http:\/\/developers.facebook.com\/<\/a>.<\/li>\n
    2. Click on the 'Apps' option at the top of the screen.<\/li>\n
    3. Click the 'Create New App' button.<\/li>\n
    4. Enter in the name of your app in the 'App Name:' field<\/li>\n
    5. Check the 'Yes, I would like free web hosting provided by Heroku'.<\/li>\n
    6. Click the continue button.<\/li>\n
    7. Fill in the captcha field and click 'Continue'.<\/li>\n
    8. Click the 'Create' button on the on 'Host your site with Heroku popup window.<\/li>\n
    9. You are now at your Basic' setting window, with a popup window on top of it. Click the 'Go to App' button on the popup window.<\/li>\n
    10. Navigate back to your 'Basic' settings window.<\/li>\n
