1. Go to 2slick.com and click the 'Login/Client Area' link at the top right of the screen.
2. Log in.
3. Click on the 'My Products & Services' link.
4. Click the small icon to the right of the product item you wish to cancel.
5. Click the 'Request Cancellation' button at the bottom of the screen.
6. Input the reason why you decided to cancel this product in the text area, then click the 'Request Cancellation' button.

Note: If you cancel a web hosting package, your website and files will be deleted. Create a backup of all the text content on all your pages before canceling.

Refunds: Any remaining credit after the last month of service will be refunded if all obligations are met.
