One of my customers asked me "Can I copy pictures from the internet?" so I decided to blog on the topic. There are many ways to copy pictures from the internet or web pages, but not some of these ways can be disabled by the website owner. The sure way to copy pictures from the internet is to use a screen capture program.
Windows 7 comes with a free screen capture tool called 'Snipping Tool'. Here are some instructions on how to use 'Snipping Tool'.
You can also press the 'print screen' key on your Windows keyboard to copy your entire screen, then use a photo editing program to crop the actual photo out you want to copy.
Screen Capture software
Here is a list of screen capture software, for those of you who don't own Windows 7 or who own a mac.

There is currently no way for someone to prevent you from stealing their pictures if you have a screen capture tool.
If you own a website and hate the fact that I'm showing people how to steal images, try not to hate me, I'm just the messenger.
