In this tutorial, I will show you how to take a photo of your screen and email it to someone using Microsoft Windows.

Email screen capture

  1. To instantly take a screen capture or snapshot of what you see on your monitor, click the 'Print Screen' key. The key may also appear as a similar abbreviation ~(Prt Scn).
  2. Create an email to someone and place the cursor in the content area where you want the screen capture to appear.
  3. Click the 'v' key while holding down the 'Ctrl' key to paste the screenshot into your email message.
  4. The screen capture will appear in your email message and is ready to send.
