The problem with hourly contract work logo design or not is that the contractor has the freedom to exaggerate the amount of time worked. Hourly contract work is really a foolish idea. Make sure you get an hourly estimate before you agree to contract the job or sign anything. I would create a flat rate contract regardless of the hours worked.
