If you have WordPress

1. Log into your WordPress admin & click on 'Add New' under 'Plugins'.
2. Enter 'plus one' in the search field and click the 'Search Plugins' button.
3. Click the 'Install Now' link.
4. Click the 'Activate Plugin' link.

Now all your posts and pages will have the Google Plus 1 button on them.

If you don't have WordPress

Go to Google developer's site to get the +1 button code snippet. link: code snippet

Read the notes in the code snippet and notice the code is made up of 2 parts. The top portion of the code goes into the head section of your website and the bottom section of code is placed where you want the 'Google +1' button to appear on your website.
