1. Log into your PayPal account.
2. Click on 'Transfer to bank' under the 'Withdraw' option.
   
3. Enter an amount in the 'Amount' field, select a bank account from the 'To' field and click the 'Continue' button.
4. Click the 'Submit' button on the next screen.
   
5. You should see a message that says something like 'We're transferring your money Your money will be in your bank account in 3-4 business days, depending on your bank.'.
