If you can't move a large file from your Android device to your computer's hard drive, and you get the error message "The requested resource is in use.", then chances are, your file is too large. While you're trying to move the file, the operating system is still attempting to read the large file.

Solution

1. Click on the large file and wait about 5 minutes. This will give Windows enough time to read the file.
2. Drag the file from the directory on your mobile device to your computer's hard drive.

You should get a popup window letting you know the file is being moved.
