This is the easy six step method I used to delete my Facebook likes when I've decided I don't want my friends to see it.

1. Log into your Facebook profile.
2. Click on your name in the top right of the screen.
3. Click the 'Activity Log' button.
   
4. Click the 'Posts and Apps' button at the top right of the screen.
   
5. From the drop-down list, select 'Likes'.
6. You should now see a list of all the likes you've ever made. Click on the small gray ring next to each listing and select 'Unlike' to 'unlike' each 'like'.
