In this example let's pretend you have a video file (.mov) on your computer, and you want to upload it to your WordPress website.

1. Log into your WordPress admin.
2. Click on 'Media'.
3. Click on the 'Add New' button.
4. Click 'Select Files'
5. Navigate to to the video file on your computer, click the file, and click the 'Open' button. The video may take some time to upload.
6. When the video is finished being uploaded, you may cope the file's url in the 'Link URL' fied if you need to use it in a custom them etc.
