Ineligible Products

• Digital Goods: Orders for digital goods and products delivered to the consumer electronically are ineligible for the Program.
• Intangible Items or Service: Orders for intangible items or services, including fund solicitation or donations to organizations, financial services, insurance packages, consulting, and travel packages and services are ineligible for the Program.
• Real Estate

So if you're a store that sells digital good only then you're not eligible for the Google Trust Store Badge program. 🙁
