To update Google Chrome or check for updates.
- Open your Google Chrome browser.
- Click the 'Customize and control Google Chrome' icon.
- Click on the 'Update Google Chrome' button.
Note: if you have an update available your 'Customize and control Google Chrome' icon will look like this: 
If your version of Chrome is already up to date, there won't be an 'Update Google Chrome' button to select.
